Located at 1500m - Built amongst ancient pastures and forests the village of Anzére faces due south. Perched on a plateau, in the heart of the Swiss Alps, Summer in the village enjoys a Mediterranean climate and winter snow with blue skies. When exploring the region, one can find primitive rural structures and high altitude pasture dwellings, made of wood and stone.
The pedestrians only Village Square is the centre of village life. During the winter once a week, hot wine is prepared in a large kettle as a welcome drink for all visitors.
